If it is small we provide an Access database, if it is large we provide SQL Server and if it falls in between we may use Microsoft Data Engine ( MSDE).

Something you may not be familiar with is MSDE: This is the go between for Access and SQL Server 7.0. Say you want to start off small with a small budget but with plans of going big with the business kicks in, then this will be a better route to prevent loss of data and time.

Do you need an automatic E-mailer: We have many clients that need or want this feature. This will allow all the email addresses in their database to be selected and then email messages sent to each person individually. This will allow for that personal touch.
